Tree Sculpture (commission)

You can commission me to make a sculptural installation for you in this style, as individual ‘trees’ or in groups as a small ‘copse’.

My ‘Tree’ sculpture pieces are made in stoneware clay with porcelain slip. They are built and fired in sections and then assembled with an iron rod inside to hold them in place. Pieces in water are held in place with an iron rod and a moveable concrete base.

A number of these sculptural pieces can be made for you to fit your requirements, though a minimum of three tress is recommended. They can be installed outdoors in the ground in a garden, in a pond, or even in a stream.

In this example each ‘tree’ is approximately h 120cm x w 15cm (at their widest).

Prices vary according to the commissioned work, but as a guide, trees installed in the ground start at £325 for three trees.

Trees to be installed in the water with a concrete base start at £450 for three trees.

The trees can be collected and installed yourself, with instructions, for a delivery cost of £50-70 depending on your location, or a fee of £250 covers installation for a day in a location in the south east of England. Additional installation and travel costs may be needed depending on size or complexity of the installation and the location.
